Safety, security and health are a priority and we will take all precautions for the in-person event including medical grade UV Cleanboxes, physical distancing, limited attendance by appointment, masks, and vaccination policy.

In order to attend the in-person event we require all attendees to:

Purchase a ticket for a scheduled time slot, allowing for proper social distancing at the venue and for our team to properly sanitize stations between visits.
Wear a mask inside the venue at all times
Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination

Safe Venue
The FIVARS Gallery will feature social distancing markers, will provide hand sanitizer stations, and Cleanboxes will be on-site to disinfect all equipment after each use.

FIVARS will follow applicable federal, state and local laws, adapting festival plans accordingly and sharing updates with attendees.
